Apply for funding for a lab – the project outline

For creative hubs & labs such as makerspaces, fab labs or school labs and co-working spaces for a city or an entire region, you can usually apply for public funding such as ERDF. To apply for funding, you need a project outline in the first stage. This includes the basic idea, names the partners of the project and the goal that is being pursued with this location. In addition, the entire project must be described and backed up with a financial plan and schedule.

Creation of the project outline - scope of services

Do you already have an initial idea for your new place of innovation? This idea is often still very vague. This is completely normal. Together with you, we sharpen this basic idea and support you in finding suitable partners. In a participatory process, you and your partner will develop the exact goal of your innovation location. Are education and skilled worker development in the foreground or is the focus on the development of innovative products and business models? At your request, we will moderate this process of balancing interests and finding common goals. Due to our many years of experience in the conception of extracurricular learning locations and our expertise in the field of innovation labs, we know what is important in the project description - always depending on the corresponding funding program that you want to use. You can also draw on our experience when it comes to financial and time planning.
