In addition to good concepts, change needs goal-oriented implementation. To ensure that this succeeds, we regularly hold training courses and workshops. The various target groups range from adult actors and multipliers to young doers. Sometimes the goal is to engage the audience's perspectives right from the start, sometimes it's about teaching new concepts and skills.

Participatory training & workshops

The aim, target group and topic determine the format. We like to work in a participatory way, ie the target group has a say in what the main focus is, for example at our BarCamps and YouthScienceCamps.

Do you want to qualify certain actors with the aim of empowering and binding them? For this we develop coherent, long-term academies: On request, we take over the entire implementation and participant support from the development of entire curricula and individual course ideas to finding the right lecturers and issuing the participant certificate.

Reference Academy

As the state office of the initiative zdi - future through innovation, matrix has been developing training courses, seminars and workshops for the coordinators of the zdi networks and laboratories for over 10 years. Based closely on the interests of the target group, we develop the course idea, carry out the training and workshops and take over the participant management.

In addition to professional qualifications, community building is an important goal of the zdi Academy.
