Innovation Hubs
Innovation – technologically, economically, socially
New ideas or products, new business models, more start-ups and entire networks for innovation should be created? In your company or region? matrix develops your innovation hub with you and the relevant stakeholders with the appropriate, sustainable concept and accompanies the implementation. Technology and knowledge transfer takes place here through co-creation. This is how real innovation and real change succeed – technologically, economically and socially.
Marketable products from the Innovation Hub
The Innovation Hub usually has one place at its center - the Innovation Lab, the MakerSpace or the FabLab. This is where ideas, technology and people interact creatively: new things are created, evaluated and converted into marketable products and services. In order for this to succeed, the Innovation Lab or FabLab needs a lively network that is based on existing structures and must be systematically expanded. This is how the Innovation Hub develops, which, beyond the well-equipped location, has a content concept that lives from people and their commitment as operators and has technological competence and methodological knowledge. The Innovation Hub must also be economically viable, this is how a sustainable innovation ecosystem is created.

On request, we can also design the target group-oriented communication campaign and accompany the events that drive the development of the network.
15 years experience
In the past 15 years, we have accompanied more than 100 different innovation hubs and learning locations in the conception, in the development and further development/reorientation. That is why we are familiar with the most diverse thematic characteristics, support structures, funding opportunities and target groups. Through the early involvement of a wide variety of stakeholders and target groups, we are able to bundle their different needs and pour them into a stringent concept.
