Cooperative planning

  • You will get to know a participative, process-oriented project planning method - cooperative planning.
  • You will get to know the basics of cooperative planning and discuss its opportunities and challenges in implementation with the groups of actors involved (decision-makers, technical experts, living environment experts)
  • You can see the application of the basics in a concrete example.
  • By linking this method to your own project idea, you will learn how to apply the cooperative planning method directly.
  • You will learn the basics of participatory work.
  • You will learn concrete methods for the participation of vulnerable groups, e.g. B. Focus group interviews, network mapping, PhotoVoice and neighborhood walks
  • You apply 2-3 of these methods in the training to an example you have chosen yourself (working groups).

Impact-oriented planning

  • You will learn the basics of impact-oriented project planning.
  • You use tools for impact-oriented project planning and link this planning method directly with your own project idea.  
  • You will receive arguments to be able to represent impact-oriented work.
  • You will learn the basics of evaluating projects.
  • You will learn a step-by-step approach to planning and implementing an evaluation project.
  • You will receive an overview of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.
  • By linking these evaluation methods to your own project idea, you will learn how to transfer these methods directly to your project.
