IT system engineer (m/f/d)

The matrix group is looking for an IT system engineer (m/f/d) for its Erkrath location near Düsseldorf, starting immediately.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support and further development of our hybrid Microsoft 365 environment (with the willingness to potentially switch to a European alternative).
• Operation of our Proxmox virtualization environment with connection to internal NAS systems.
• Administration and support of Windows and macOS workstations, as well as their continuous optimization.
• Administration and support of mobile devices (Android & iOS), including Mobile Device Management.
• User Helpdesk: We look forward to your friendly and approachable manner, patience, and clear explanations.
• The opportunity to collaborate on exciting IT projects and actively shape our modern IT landscape.
• Evaluation and introduction of new technologies – especially in the areas of artificial intelligence, automation and modern digital working methods.
• Think along, question, and improve.

You bring that with you

You have several years of experience administering modern Microsoft 365 environments and working with Windows and macOS systems. Managing mobile devices (Android and iOS) is also familiar to you.

You enjoy working in a service-oriented manner and supporting colleagues with technical challenges. You communicate clearly and in a solution-oriented way, and you maintain a clear overview even in stressful situations.
