Professionalization, consolidation and innovation in the education ecosystem.

We offer the following services:

Use of AI

We develop AI-supported solutions for learning and control: analyses, assistance and adaptive learning paths – always practical and ethical.

Construction and operation of platforms

matrix designs, develops and operates digital learning, community and service platforms – user-centered, accessible and scalable.

Development and management of educational networks

We connect stakeholders from education, politics and practice, moderate processes and manage strategic network management – sustainably and effectively.

Development and support of education-related funding programs

matrix designs funding programs that address societal challenges and supports them from conception to implementation. Our focus is on effectiveness, target group orientation, and transferability.

Development and management of educational programs, learning paths and learning content

We design targeted educational programs with clear learning objectives, practical content, and innovative learning formats. In doing so, we take into account individual learning progress and current educational requirements.

Impact of education

matrix makes educational successes visible: We develop impact-oriented concepts and support programs with suitable monitoring and evaluation methods to systematically record and improve impact.

Political communication in the education ecosystem

We shape political communication processes in the education sector – in a targeted, strategic manner and at the interface between practice and politics. In doing so, we strengthen positions, moderate interests and promote dialogue.

We work in a values-based and impact-oriented manner.

Together with partners from schools, local communities, academia, and businesses, we create spaces for learning and development, open up opportunities, and actively contribute to the Global Sustainable Development Goals. Specifically regarding:

SDG 4 - Quality Education

matrix strengthens high-quality education by creating open learning opportunities, digital tools, and strong networks for STEM education. Together, we enable children, young people, and professionals to access future-relevant skills – inclusively, practically, and everywhere.

SDG 5 - Gender Equality

The zdi.Heroines campaign strengthens the visibility of women in STEM professions. With formats like zdi Heroines October and programs specifically for girls – such as the zdi Girls' Camp – participants have the opportunity to experience STEM firsthand, discover their own abilities, and build confidence in their strengths.

SDG 8 - Reduced Inequalities

We develop strategies and formats to activate hard-to-reach target groups – especially people with limited access to education (ETI groups). The goal is equal participation in educational opportunities.

Working at matrix

Different people and disciplines come together at matrix with exciting projects and initiatives. Together we work with a lot of passion on our topics. Good ideas and delicious cakes always find buyers with us.
