matrix signs the Diversity Charter

Diversity has long been a driving factor at matrix - both in the consulting team and in the agency team. With our Health & Inclusion, STEM Education, and Creative Hubs & Labs themes, we strive to do more every day Equality of Opportunity and Diversity to promote. And we do this internally and externally. By signing the Diversity Charter, we would like to motivate many other companies and organizations to see diversity as an opportunity. We are happy to share our experiences with others and - if desired - to provide strategic and practical assistance.

Our way

We are already dealing with the topic of diversity in many ways. For example, every employee has the opportunity to define their own working time model and adapt it to their personal living conditions - regardless of age or the respective company function. For example, employees with children or other relatives who need care make it much easier to plan their everyday life.

In a co-creative process, we systematically go one step further and develop concrete goals and measures to promote diversity within the matrix as well as in our products and projects. Here, too, we make sure that we not only take into account the wishes of many, but also of individuals. We will report shortly on our experiences with this system. 

We are confident that we will continue to learn and evolve in our ongoing process of promoting diversity. There is no final finish line, but we recognize it and see it as an opportunity to keep moving forward.
