The senior consultant most recently worked for a large German management consultancy in the IT sector and accompanies matrix in the digitization of internal processes such as accounting and project planning. She also brings her experience from management and project business to the subject areas of personnel, insurance and infrastructure. Zsuzsanna became aware of the matrix through her collaboration in the “Kommune Inclusive” project of Aktion Mensch, which is accompanying matrix.
