matrix expands the team: experts from the fields of digitization, IT and social management
What do a business economist, a web software developer and a social manager have in common? All three recently joined the matrix team. Simone Kohlhaas will take care of the internal services in the future, the full-stack developer Phillip Richdale acts as a programmer in various projects and Zsuzsanna Majzik accompanies the Aktion Mensch project, which is committed to social participation and equal opportunities.
Reinforcement in the field of IT and digitization
Simone Kohlhaas, Business economist and clerk for office communication, strengthens the team in operational management and internal service. The senior consultant most recently worked for a large German management consultancy in the IT sector and accompanies matrix in the digitization of internal processes such as accounting and project planning. She also brings her experience from management and project business to the subject areas of personnel, insurance and infrastructure. In addition, Simone, who values a positive working atmosphere, is dedicated to the internal communication of the small, growing company:

Philip Richdale supports the team as a "WordPress magician" and full-stack developer in programming in various projects as well as in the control and communication with external service providers. As a full-stack developer, he works on all levels of web development - from programming the server-side logic to smaller web applications. "Modern full-stack web development is only possible if you specialize in certain technologies, systems, programs and products on the one hand and continue to educate yourself on the other."

The social manager Zsuzsanna Majzik As a senior consultant, she primarily contributes her expertise to the Aktion Mensch project. In addition, she works on acquisition approaches in the health sector. Through her many years of activity as a social manager, she has experience in working for and with people in difficult life situations as well as the cooperative planning of needs-based measures. Her previous work has focused on equal opportunities, participation, empowerment and social space orientation. Zsuzsanna became aware of the matrix through her collaboration in the “Kommune Inclusive” project of Aktion Mensch, which is accompanying matrix.
Bringing her knowledge and experience into completely new subject areas is a welcome challenge and she is happy to continue to support her heartfelt concern: “It is often said that people have to change if they want to participate in social life.
