Medical supply store meets FabLab
Free workshop on the digitization of tool manufacturing
As part of the “Emscher Lippe 4” project, matrix invites you together with the Bottrop FabLab of the Ruhr West University of Applied Sciences Medical supply stores, orthopedic technicians and aids manufacturers in the Emscher-Lippe region on April 11.04th & May 08.05th to the two-day, free workshop "Sanitaet meets FabLab". The FabLab will present developed aids for people with disabilities. In a joint exchange about existing company processes, initial ideas for new products developed and identified potentials for the use of digital manufacturing.
As part of the subsequent Prototyping the digital production methods available in the FabLab can be tried out and used to generate ideas and new approaches rinse to implement.

The Emscher-Lippe project4 promotes the digitization of small and medium-sized companies in the region. The focus is on innovative solutions to use the potential of digitization for companies and their employees (with and without disabilities).
In the project, matrix is developing new workshop and communication formats in which digital production methods are used to solve specific employee needs.
