Success model innovation management training
The matrix would like to offer a workshop on the subject of innovation management that has meanwhile been successfully tested with over 80 medium-sized companies from South Westphalia to other organizations in order to strengthen the innovative capacity of companies through targeted training.
The corresponding reference project has already been implemented in cooperation with the Soest District Economic Development Corporation and the Transferverbund Südwestfalen and is to continue to pass on practical know-how through new collaborations. The target groups of the workshops are especially small and medium-sized companies from a wide variety of industries.
The services of the matrix relate to the areas of event conception, participant surveys, moderation and guidance of the training courses, as well as the provision of training material.
