matrix expands team and invests in growth and quality
With three new team members and the expansion of the management, matrix is again investing in sustainable quality and growth. One focus is on quality assurance in network support in projects. With a YouTube specialist, matrix is also expanding its portfolio to include the medium of video - a key medium for reaching young target groups in projects in particular.
Network support with a personal touch
Monique Horsch expands the competencies of the project team of the NRW-wide joint offensive Zukunft durch Innovation (zdi). She is currently completing a master’s degree with a focus on economics at the University of Hagen. Before her bachelor's degree in economics, she trained as a system caterer and then worked successfully in this profession for many years. At zdi, Monique Horsch supports the funding program for in-depth career and study orientation, which is funded by the Regional Directorate NRW of the Federal Employment Agency and the NRW Ministry of Science. She is in direct contact with the more than 40 zdi networks in North Rhine-Westphalia in order to support them in their work. "It is particularly important to me to bring that personal touch to the care of our many regional customers," she says.
Network digitally - act socially
Arne Klauke is a media professional and, despite his young age, has already gained extensive professional experience. He worked for WDR and Westdeutsche Zeitung, among others, and built up his own media company. At matrix he is now dedicated to social media communication and brings his filmmaking skills to the team. “I'm interested in the connection between social media and societal challenges. At matrix I can combine my private and professional interests because I am personally committed to inclusion, climate and animal protection, ”says Arne Klauke enthusiastically. In autumn, he will complete his master's degree at the Leipzig School of Media in cross-media management.
Strengthening technological innovations in the network
Supported due to the constantly and rapidly increasing acquisition and order situation dr Anna Czeschik the consulting team in the field of innovation and technology. The third experimental physicist in the matrix team studied at the universities in Duisburg-Essen and Aachen and did research at the research center in Jülich during her doctoral period. She then worked in a patent law firm in Essen and, in addition to primarily medium-sized companies, also supported large customers in processing patents in North Rhine-Westphalia. “It is my goal to secure technological innovations for medium-sized companies so that they can be strengthened in competition.” In her free time she devotes herself to kickboxing.
Digitization - competence also in the management
As of March 1, 2017 Niels Lichtenthäler has been appointed a member of the matrix management team. “We don't just want to honor Mr. Lichtenthäler's very good work for the company. With the second appointment to the matrix management team after Kerstin Helmerdig last year, we also want to consistently continue the rejuvenation process at all levels of the company, ”explains Guido Lohnherr, managing partner of matrix. The qualified engineer (FH) completed an apprenticeship as an energy electronics technician parallel to his studies and then completed his Master of Business Administration alongside his work at the German Aerospace Center (DLR). He has made it his business to advance digitization with customers and in his own company. “I see the main benefit of digitization for our customers in the development of new business models and more flexible production with assured quality - less in the potential for cost savings. Ultimately, our customers should also benefit from the digitization of our internal processes. ”Niels Lichtenthäler is married and will be a father for the second time this summer. He does street workout and plays soccer.
