matrix supports Aktion Mensch
matrix accompanies the “Municipal Inclusion” initiative of Aktion Mensch and thus expands its own project portfolio in the areas of network building and inclusion.
Aktion Mensch is committed to implementing inclusion on site. It is essential for a successful inclusion process that those responsible network in social spaces. They make it a place where everyone is welcome. With the Community Inclusive Initiative, the largest private funding organization in the social sector in Germany is committed to precisely this local interaction between civil society, welfare, business, science and administration.
In five selected pilot municipalities, which were able to prevail in a nationwide competition from 129 applications, a matrix team supports Aktion Mensch in this multi-year initiative to implement inclusion. The model municipalities develop concepts and implement measures, network and work structures as well as substantive solutions over the next five to six years. Their experiences and results can be used by other social spaces throughout Germany. The matrix team also supports Aktion Mensch with this transfer.
With the assignment in this unique project, matrix is systematically expanding its project portfolio in the fields of process support, network formation and inclusion.
